Real Estate is Picking UP

As I listen to the sales associates in the office talking about their activities, I am really encouraged. The market is picking up. There is a lot of activity.

I wonder if some areas of Charleston are picking up more than others. what about South Carolina in general. How are the other parts of the state doing?

I am sure that some areas of Charleston are doing better than others. I have first hand knowledge of the Mt. Pleasant, Isle of Palms areas.
I would be interested if anyone knows about the rest of the state.
