Yeah!!!!!!!!!! Susie Schumm got a call on floor duty, went out and 2 hours later had written a contract!!! Makes up for all those floor times that she sat here without getting a lead. One never knows when "the big one" is going to happen.
Focus Group this morning was very informative. Kevin Breeland was the presenter and he did an outstanding job. I guess those who elected not to attend already know all there is to know regarding the New Tax Law for First Time Home Buyers. Therefore, I will not summarize here. Mgm't must feel that you are very familiar with this in order to take any calls that we may get because of the Post & Courier Ads as well as the Johnnie Dodds Reader Board. Those who attended are: Susie Schumm, Kathleen Emery, John Beall, Mary Nielson, Betty Pigott, Eric Vaughn, Tim Rogers, John Kennington and Greaton Sellers.
For the Manning/Santee/Sumter agents, Kevin Breeland has agreed to make the same presentation on the New Tax Law at the office meeting tomorrow at the Manning office.

Susan Bryant writes: "In Ellington Woods there is a lawsuit going on between the HOA and the builder for construction defects( I'm guessing)." Susan herself has filed a lawsuit as well for defects. Is you are selling in Ellington Woods and the seller's disclosure does not state about the law suit, you could still be held responsible if you don't disclose it.
