Loan Officer Spotlight

Carol Jo Horne writes: "A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO THE MANNING AGENTS, ANGIE JORDAN, PEGGY HALEY,CELINA GLEASON,DAISY SIMPSON AND SHAUN RICHBURG. I HAD AN AWESOME AUGUST THANKS TO YOU GUYS!!!!!!"
The Manning guys love Carol Jo --- here are a couple of quotes:
Peggy Haley writes: "First of all we love having Mrs. Carol a part of our team. It is very nice having a mortgage person in the office for the convenience of our clients. She will do everything in her power to make the loans happen. If our clients are not approved she will tell them what to do so they can purchase in the future. She is also great helping the agent with gifts for the buyers. She puts the extra special touch on the closings for the agents, the office and the mortgage company to shine in the buyer's eyes. She is our 'Hero'"

Celina Gleason writes: "Last year Carol Jo helped some military clients of mine with a mortgage. When I suggested that they give her a try, I never dreamed she would be able to save them a full two percent from what they had been quoted by their favorite bank! She has never failed to get my clients the best interest rate possible and has really surprised me with the long term savings she has delivered to my buyers. Unlike other mortgage reps I have worked with in the past, she is very proactive. In other words, I haven’t had to wait on her… EVER. If there is one thing that makes Realtors nervous about mortgage reps, it’s surprises. With her attention to detail, Carol Jo tries her best to alleviate any “surprises” close to, or at closing. I couldn't be happier with her fantastic service, not to mention her sunny disposition. If any of you Realtors have not used Carol Jo yet, you really should. She can save you many, many unnecessary headaches."
OK - Sumter and Santee agents ---- give Carol Jo a chance --- you will be very pleased that you did.

Hurricane Hanna Preparation: Stokes writes: "Unplug power to all computers and peripherals (Monitors, Printers, scanners, etc.) Use Contractor bags to cover computers and monitors that will not be evacuated. Computers with critical information should have that information copied to an external Hard Drive or Flash drive, depending upon the amount of data.. They should be evacuated if evacuation is ordered. Backups should be stored safely or evacuated.Beware of windows and ares that have Pine trees that could snap and come thru a roof, wall or window.
Also, be sure to charge your cell phone and remember your cell phone charger, auto and home versions. Hopefully, we can just call this due diligent preparation."

"Each morning is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When the sun rises tomorrow this day will be gone forever, in its place will be something you have left — may it be something good. Follow your heart, it knows what to do."
Until later ------
Liz Loadholt
