I'm sure that most of you do think of these days as "fun times". But, it is what you make it. We deal with what we have to deal with (mostly not having the income that we had become accustomed to) ---- there is no rule that says one cannot have fun even in "bad times". We must keep our spirits up
Today is Friday ---- Red, White & Blue day ---- most important ---a challenge when you are dressing for the holiday season, too.
Jenny, Liz, Linda & Becky managed to do that ----Other patriots:

CHRISTMAS AT ARLINGTON CEMETERY
Wonder why the press hasn't enlightened the public about this??
Arlington National Cemetery
Rest easy, sleep well my brothers.
Know the line has held, your job is done.Rest easy, sleep well.
Others have taken up where you fell, the line has held.
Peace, peace, and farewell...
Readers may be interested to know that these wreaths -- some 5,000 -- are donated by the Worcester Wreath Co. of Harrington , Maine . The owner, Merrill Worcester, not only provides the wreaths, but covers the trucking expense as well. He's done this since 1992. A wonderful guy. Also, most years, groups of Maine school kids combine an educational trip to DC with this event to help out. Making this even more remarkable is the fact that Harrington is in one the poorest parts of the state.*************************************************************************************
Relax - have Fun
Have you heard about the contest in the JD office? Becky Hayward (our awesome loan officer with Residential Mortgage) challenged Linda, Jenny & myself to a contest to see who could get the most points for Christmas. Each article representing the holidays that one wears gives her 1 point. Today was the last day. Here is a photo showing off our "stuff"
Some photos from the Johnnie Dodds, IOP, and West Ashley Holiday Party. The party was awesome ----Special thanks to Mr. Sidbury, owner of a Tides pent house condo, who allowed us to use his unit for the party ---a gorgeous unit with unbelievable views. Also, a very special thanks to Maria & Jim Hart, Linda Vincent, Jenny Welch & Stan Huff who were tremendous in assisting with the evening.

Sorry that I have run out of time today --- more later.
